Knight Work is a story of James Douglas Knight, his sons, their families, and the treasured company community this small, family-owned business created in it's journey from erecting simple pole buildings in 1968 to managing complex and varied construction projects across the Pacific Northwest today. Many of the region's dams, irrigation systems, flood control systems, fish passages, and mining successes are rooted in the Knight's dogged attention to detail and innovation, and its care of its clients and employees. Provorse wonderfully illustrates the family's passion for its work and community in his telling of the Knight story with striking images and personal stories.
